Types of Legal Services We Offer

Affirmative

We assist clients with the following family-based immigration petitions and applications:

  • Relative Petition (I-130)
  • Adjustment of Status (I-485)
  • Affidavit of Support (I-864)
  • Consular Processing-Immigrant Visa
  • Advance Parole
  • Employment Authorization
  • Reentry Permit
  • Replace or Renew Permanent Resident Card (Green Card) (I-90)
  • Fiancé or Fiancée Visa (K-1)
  • Visa for spouses of a U.S. citizen (K-3)
  • Refugee/Asylee Relative Petition (I-730)
  • Applications to lift conditions on permanent residence (I-751)
  • VAWA (Violence Against Women Act) self-petitions (I-360), and other forms of VAWA relief
  • Special Immigrant Juvenile Status (SJIS) applications, with concurrent representation in family court where appropriate (I-360)

We also assist clients with:

  • Naturalization (N-400) and Certificate of Citizenship (N-600)
  • U-Visas for victims of criminal activity such as rape, torture, domestic abuse, sexual assault, prostitution, kidnapping, blackmail, false imprisonment or manslaughter
  • V-Visas under certain conditions for a spouse of a permanent U.S. resident (V-1) or an unmarried child (under 21) of a permanent U.S. resident (V-2)
  • Asylum and other special requests for exercise of discretion with the U.S. Citizenship and Immigration Service (USCIS) (I-589)
  • Temporary protective status (TPS) for people from countries going through severe political unrest and turmoil (I-821)
  • T-Visas for human trafficking victims

We represent clients in all types of removal proceedings before the Buffalo Immigration Court and on appeals to the Board of Immigration Appeals.
