Rent our Facility

Located in an elegant Georgian revival mansion, the International Institute is a wonderful venue for weddings, parties, receptions, presentations, seminars and other events. The Institute has 5 adjoining rooms on the first floor, with 2 bathrooms off the lobby that are included in the rental. Our capacity is 125 - 150 people for receptions of all kinds. 

Rental Fee:

Our fee schedule for rentals is as follows:

  • $500.00 for up to 8 consecutive hours for those using Brodo Restaurant as your caterer
  • $750.00 for up to 8 consecutive hours for those using another one of our preferred caterers: Glorious Affairs or LaMarina
  • $1000.00 for up to 8 consecutive hours for those using another caterer.  All other caterers must be prescreened and approved for the event.
Additional information:
  • Please add $100.00 for each additional hour up to midnight.
  • Time is calculated based on total usage of the building, including setup beforehand and cleanup following the event. Up to 18 round tables that seat 8-10 people, with seating available for up to 150 people are included in the rental.
